Do you take my insurance?
Most PPO dental insurance plans typically cover 60–80% of extraction procedures. We make it easy to get reimbursed. We will provide you with a pre-filled insurance claim form that includes all of our office information, procedure codes, and treatment details — all you need to do is fill in your insurance information and date of service, sign it, and mail or submit it directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment required, but calling ahead is always the smart move. Our phones are staffed Monday–Friday 7 AM–8 PM, and Saturday/Sunday 9 AM–2 PM.
Can you extract broken teeth?
Absolutely — broken, cracked, and chipped teeth are all within scope. There's no additional charge beyond the standard extraction fee.
Do you offer sedation?
We use local anesthetic to numb the area, and that's enough for the vast majority of extractions. Most procedures are completed entirely in office without any additional sedation.
Can you pull my impacted wisdom teeth?
We handle wisdom tooth extractions at $450 per tooth. Severely impacted teeth are a different story — our office isn't set up for surgical extractions, but we won't know until we look. The free consultation (panoramic X-ray D0330 + limited eval D0140) tells us what we're working with.
What if you can't pull my tooth?
Most patients get their extraction done on the first visit. Occasionally, a complex medical history or advanced infection requires additional evaluation before we can proceed safely. If that happens, the visit is free — which covers a full panoramic X-ray (D0330) and consultation (D0140). You're not leaving empty-handed; you'll have a complete diagnostic image and a clear next step.
