We have built a simple 3-step visit designed to make the process feel easy, efficient, and as stress-free as possible from start to finish.
Step 1: Paperwork & Check-In
When you arrive, you will complete a brief health history form and sign your consent for treatment. The process is simple and straightforward, without unnecessary steps or confusion. This helps our team understand your medical background so we can care for you safely and appropriately. Once your forms are completed, you are placed in line based on when they are received, and our team will bring you back as soon as possible. We work hard to keep the process smooth, efficient, and easy on patients.
Step 2: Full-Mouth X-Ray
Before treatment begins, we take a panoramic X-ray to get a clear view of your entire mouth, jaw, and surrounding bone structure. This helps our dentist carefully evaluate the tooth, identify anything that may affect the procedure, and plan the safest, most appropriate approach before getting started. It is an important part of providing clear answers, thoughtful care, and a smoother experience with less uncertainty.
Step 3: Extraction & Recovery Instructions
Your dentist will carefully numb the area with a local anesthetic so the procedure is as comfortable as possible. You may feel some pressure, but you should not feel pain. Many patients are surprised by how quick and manageable the extraction feels. After your visit, we will send you home with clear written aftercare instructions that explain the healing process step by step, including what to eat, what to avoid, and how to manage normal soreness. Our team has guided many patients through this process, and we are here to help you feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for.

We're out-of-network with all insurance carriers — that's actually part of how we keep prices this low. No insurance billing overhead means lower costs passed directly to you. If you have a plan you'd like to submit to yourself, we'll print a detailed receipt with all the procedure codes and amounts paid so you can file it on your end.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment required, but calling ahead is always the smart move. Our phones are staffed Monday–Thursday 7 AM–8 PM, Friday 7 AM–6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM–1 PM. Doctor availability shifts day to day, so a quick call confirms we can take you before you drive over. Walk-ins are welcome when a dentist is in. Same-day visits are common. Prefer to plan ahead? Can you extract broken teeth?
Absolutely — broken, cracked, and chipped teeth are all within scope. There's no additional charge beyond the standard extraction fee.
Do you offer sedation?
We use local anesthetic to numb the area, and that's enough for the vast majority of extractions. Most procedures are completed entirely in office without any additional sedation.
Can you pull my impacted wisdom teeth?
We handle wisdom tooth extractions at $350 per tooth. Severely impacted teeth are a different story — our office isn't set up for surgical extractions, but we won't know until we look. The $45 consultation (panoramic X-ray D0330 + limited eval D0140) tells us what we're working with. If it turns out you need an oral surgeon, we'll send your X-ray directly to one of our affiliate surgeons so you're not starting from scratch.
What if you can't pull my tooth?
Most patients get their extraction done on the first visit. Occasionally, a complex medical history or advanced infection requires additional evaluation before we can proceed safely. If that happens, the visit is $45 — which covers a full panoramic X-ray (D0330) and consultation (D0140). You're not leaving empty-handed; you'll have a complete diagnostic image and a clear next step.
